The Phantom of the Opera

The Phantom of the Opera at Chapman Music Hall at Tulsa Performing Arts Center

Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera arrives at Chapman Music Hall at Tulsa Performing Arts Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 25, 2026 at 7:30 PM, bringing one of musical theatre's most recognizable stories into a room built for scale and precision. The appeal is immediate: a Gothic atmosphere, a haunting central mystery, and music that has kept audiences returning to this work for years.

This official North American tour stop keeps the production's original identity front and center. It uses Maria Björnson's original design and returns in a revitalized staging, with stagecraft tied to the creative leadership associated with Harold Prince, Gillian Lynne, and the post-2021 revival team. That combination gives the evening a rare kind of theatrical continuity: the look and dramatic world remain true to the show's roots, while the touring presentation feels fully alive for today's audience. Isaiah Bailey as the Phantom and Jordan Lee Gilbert as Christine Daaé give the story its emotional focus, making the central relationship easy to follow whether you know the musical well or are seeing it live for the first time.

For anyone considering Tulsa theatre listings, this is a strong match for an evening that values atmosphere, visual detail, and a well-known title presented with care. Chapman Music Hall is the PAC's largest theatre and is designed for opera, ballet, orchestral music, plays, lectures, and films, so it suits a work that depends on both intimacy and grandeur. If that combination speaks to you, explore the ticket listings and see how this performance fits your plans.
