The Phantom of the Opera

The Phantom of the Opera at Chapman Music Hall at Tulsa Performing Arts Center

Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera brings its shadowy romance and sweeping theatrical style to Chapman Music Hall at Tulsa Performing Arts Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on November 27, 2026 at 7:30 PM. For anyone weighing a night at the theatre, this official North American tour stop offers a recognizable title with a fresh touring presentation, which makes it an easy event to put on the calendar.

What gives this engagement its appeal is the way it preserves the show's original identity while presenting it in a revitalized staging. Maria Björnson's original design remains at the center, and the production's stagecraft is tied to the creative leadership associated with Harold Prince, Gillian Lynne, and the post-2021 revival team. That combination should speak to viewers who enjoy classic musical theatre with a strong visual signature and a sense of scale. The current tour also stars Isaiah Bailey as the Phantom and Jordan Lee Gilbert as Christine Daaé, adding contemporary voices to roles that have long anchored the show's dramatic pull.

The setting fits the event well. Chapman Music Hall is the PAC's largest theatre and is designed for opera, ballet, orchestral music, plays, lectures, and films, so it suits a production known for theatrical atmosphere and detailed staging. For local stage audiences, this is the kind of evening that can suit both devoted fans of the musical and people choosing a major title for a polished night out.
