Tulsa Drillers vs. Arkansas Travelers at ONEOK Field

A spring night at ONEOK Field has an easy baseball appeal when the Tulsa Drillers meet the Arkansas Travelers in a Texas League matchup. On April 22, 2027, with Time TBA, the setting is simple and inviting: two Double-A clubs, a downtown ballpark, and a game that carries enough history to feel bigger than a single date on the calendar.

Tulsa's club has been part of the city's baseball identity for decades, moving to town before the 1977 season and collecting four Texas League championships, including titles in 1982, 1988, 1998, and 2018. That gives the home side real local weight. Arkansas adds another layer of tradition, tracing back to 1901 as one of minor league baseball's longest-running franchises. Even the Travelers nickname has a story behind it, drawn from the classic Arkansas Traveler figure and story, which gives this matchup a memorable edge before the first pitch.

For anyone looking through Tulsa sports listings, this is the kind of date that fits neatly into a season of live baseball. The Drillers are the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, while Arkansas belongs to the Seattle Mariners system, so the game also offers the clean, easy-to-follow appeal of seeing where future talent develops. Tulsa's 2027 home schedule includes 69 games at ONEOK Field, and this one sits comfortably within that rhythm.

If you like baseball with a sense of place, a strong minor league pedigree, and enough team history to make the night feel grounded, this matchup deserves a look. Explore the ticket listings for Tulsa Drillers vs. Arkansas Travelers and see how it fits your plans.
