A Saturday game at ONEOK Field brings a familiar minor league pairing into downtown Tulsa: Tulsa Drillers vs. Arkansas Travelers on April 24, 2027, with Time TBA. The setup is simple in the best way. Two Double-A clubs, a Texas League matchup, and the steady appeal of live baseball create an easy reason to spend the evening downtown. For anyone browsing local sports events, this is the kind of grounded night out that feels tied directly to the city's baseball calendar.

Tulsa's club has been part of the city's baseball identity for decades, moving to town before the 1977 season and winning four Texas League championships, including titles in 1982, 1988, 1998, and 2018. As the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Drillers also give fans a clear connection to the player-development side of the sport. That mix of local history and future talent gives the matchup broad appeal without needing any extra embellishment.

Arkansas brings its own strong tradition.
