Downtown Tulsa Parking Guide: Streets, Garages & Event Plans
Choose parking in the part of downtown where you will spend the evening: Greenwood for a game, the Arts District for a concert, or the arena and performing-arts areas for a show. A single permitted stay can save repeated moves between stops.

For weekday visits, street meters are enforced 8 AM–5 PM with a two-hour limit. Street parking is free after 5 PM and on weekends, subject to posted restrictions. For a longer stay, compare a lot or garage near your destination and check its exit hours.

Know when street meters apply
Downtown street meters are enforced Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a two-hour limit. Street parking is free after 5 PM and on weekends. Reserved spaces and restricted curbs still need to be kept clear.
Before you pay, match the zone or space number to your parking spot. Follow the posted stay limit even if an app lets you add money, and keep accessible spaces, loading areas, driveways and fire zones clear.
Choose Parking for Your Destination
For BOK Center, plan around the arena arrival and its separate rideshare or accessible drop-off locations. For ONEOK Field, start with the actual game organizer’s instructions. A Drillers arrangement should not be assumed for another event.
For Cain’s or Tulsa Theater, consider the Arts District concert-night parking window. For TPAC, check which theater entrance your ticket requires before choosing a route. The guides below keep those decisions separate.
Plan the whole accessible route
An accessible stall, a usable path to the building and the correct entrance are separate questions. Ask the facility about space availability, elevators and clearance, then ask the venue about your route into the event.
Keep signed access areas and loading zones clear even when meters are free. If a walk will not suit your group, arrange a legal assisted drop-off with your destination before arriving.
Compare the drive with another way downtown
MetroLink’s planner and alerts let you check an outbound and return trip for the date you need. If choosing rideshare, use the venue’s published pickup instructions where available and avoid restricted curbs.
For a multi-stop evening, compare one permitted parking stay with repeated moves between destinations. Save your facility address and return route; any garage closing time or event access condition needs confirmation before you leave the car.
