Parking Near Tulsa Performing Arts Center: Lots, Garages & Entrances
Check the hall on your ticket before choosing parking. Chapman Music Hall uses 3rd Street; Williams, Doenges and Norman use 2nd Street. Save that entrance as well as the address of your lot or garage.

Start with TPAC East Lot at 212 E 2nd Street or compare Williams South Garage. TPAC also describes an underground garage accessed from 2nd Street. Parking is independently operated, so follow the facility’s signs and confirm the connection to your hall.

Choose your facility and your theater entrance as two separate decisions. Read the current payment instructions and access terms before leaving the car.
Find Parking on the Map
Find the lot or garage on the map, then check how to reach your hall. Save the theater entrance separately from the parking address.

Street parking for matinees and evening shows
A weekday matinee may fall within metered hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a two-hour limit. Street parking is free after 5 PM and on weekends, subject to the restrictions on the sign. Private lots and garages set their own terms.
Check the space number before paying and make sure your stay fits the posted limit. Adding time in an app does not remove that limit. Keep accessible spaces, driveways, loading areas and fire zones clear.
Reach the Right Lobby Before the Curtain
Read the hall name on your ticket. A ticket for a smaller 2nd Street theater should not be routed automatically to the Chapman entrance.
Save the parking receipt and understand any session-ending requirement before you put your phone away.
Leave time for the walk, finding the correct lobby and reaching your seat. Check the presenter’s late-admission policy rather than assuming entry continues throughout a performance.
Plan the walk back with your group. Ask staff if you need help finding the appropriate lobby or accessible route.
Match parking access to the correct theater
TPAC has accessible entry guidance for 2nd and 3rd Streets, along with garage lifts and elevators. Ask which route serves your hall and whether you will need assistance between the garage and lobby.
Contact TPAC before traveling if you need an assisted drop-off. Ask the parking operator about accessible spaces and vehicle clearance, and confirm which entrance serves your hall.
Transit and a coordinated pickup
Use MetroLink’s current trip planner for a public-transport alternative. Check the return trip against the performance date and likely duration; a matinee and an evening show may need different plans.
Agree on a legal pickup point with your driver and tell them which TPAC street entrance you are using. Check with the venue if needed, and keep accessible entrances and marked loading areas clear.
