Guthrie Green Tulsa: Events, Park & Visitor Guide
Guthrie Green in Tulsa is a place to settle in for a picnic, meet friends or catch a community event in the Arts District. You can enjoy the lawn without building the whole day around a performance, then add a museum or a meal nearby.

The park is at 111 E Reconciliation Way, with regular public hours of 6 a.m.–11 p.m. Check Guthrie Green’s official calendar for activities. Its visitor page currently marks the splash pad closed for the season.

The open green space is the main attraction between scheduled activities. Bring a picnic, sit down with a coffee or let a family outing include a simple pause outdoors. It can be a useful break between museums rather than another timed stop.
The park also has a performance stage and hosts community programming. For a quiet lawn visit, check whether an event will be taking place at the same time.
Find concerts and community activities
Use Guthrie Green’s own calendar to choose a concert, movie, fitness session or other park activity. Read the individual listing for its date, start time and any special arrangements. The park promotes free community programming, but the specific listing is still the place to check what your visit involves.
Food Truck Wednesdays and fitness programming are recurring themes on the park’s website. Check the calendar before building lunch or a workout around them, since a recurring series is not proof that it takes place on every date.
For TicketNetwork-listed events, use our separate Guthrie Green venue page. That local ticket inventory is different from the park’s official calendar; a missing ticket listing does not mean the park has nothing scheduled.
Seasonal play and visitor support
The splash pad is a seasonal feature. The current visitor page says it is closed for the season, so plan this visit around the lawn or a scheduled activity rather than water play.
Guthrie Green lists KultureCity sensory-inclusive support, with trained staff and sensory bags available to check out at no cost. Use the linked social story on the official visit page to prepare, and ask staff about borrowing a bag when you arrive.
For a particular access or facility need, contact the park before going. An outdoor lawn, a performance area and an event setup can each involve different routes and seating arrangements.
Food at the park and in the Arts District
The park’s website links to En Fuego, a tequila and taco bar at Guthrie Green. Check its own hours if you want that to be your meal stop; park opening hours do not establish restaurant service times.
A picnic is another option, or you can choose a restaurant elsewhere in the Arts District. Leave enough time for your meal and a return to the park before your activity starts.
Parking, pets and getting around
The official visit page points visitors to metered street parking and ParkMobile. Read the current signs for the space you choose, including any event restrictions; the park itself does not reserve a street space for you.
Keep pets leashed and under control, and bring a container that is not glass. Bicycles and similar riding equipment belong on the perimeter sidewalks under the park’s rules. Check those rules before packing a larger setup.
For transit, enter 111 E Reconciliation Way in MetroLink’s current trip planner and check the return service. If you are already downtown, use the Arts District guide to choose your other stops before deciding where to park.
Add a museum without rushing the park
The Bob Dylan Center and Woody Guthrie Center are nearby Arts District destinations with separate admission and operating hours. Choose one if you want a focused music-history visit, then leave time outside at the Green.
The wider district also includes galleries and venues such as Cain’s Ballroom and Tulsa Theater. A daytime park visit and an evening performance can work well together when you check the actual event time and make a separate ticket plan.
