Tate Butts at The Vanguard - OK

A fresh singer-songwriter project can feel especially compelling when the sound is still taking shape in public, and that is the appeal here. Tate Butts plays The Vanguard on Friday, February 19, 2027, at 6:30 PM in Tulsa, and the draw starts with how direct and purposeful the music presentation feels. He has been active since 2025, so listeners are hearing an artist in the early stretch of defining his voice, where each release carries extra weight and every lyric can feel like part of a larger statement.

For anyone who likes songs that stay close to the heart, that kind of focus matters. His debut single, My Defender, arrived in November 2025, offering a clear place to begin for people who want to hear how his writing and perspective come into view. The official project framing, Something to Believe In, adds another layer of interest, pointing toward music that emphasizes conviction, clarity, and connection. That makes the night appealing for listeners who value songwriting that feels grounded and personal rather than distant or overly polished.

Among concerts around Tulsa, this performance stands out because it gives the audience a chance to engage with an emerging artist at an early, interesting moment. There is no need for a long backstory to understand the attraction: a new voice, a focused identity, and a venue setting that puts the spotlight on the songs themselves. If you enjoy following an artist as the picture sharpens, Tate Butts deserves a look. Explore the ticket listings for Tate Butts and see how this night fits your plans.
