Wade Forster

Wade Forster at Cains Ballroom

Wade Forster brings a distinctly Australian kind of country storytelling to Cains Ballroom on Thursday, December 10, 2026 at 7:30 PM, and that gives this show an immediate point of entry. He grew up on a cattle station in remote outback Queensland, taught himself guitar in 2017, and turned those lived-in rural experiences into the raw songs that define his breakout album, The Beginning. The result is music that feels direct and grounded, with a plainspoken pull that can hook listeners who like country songs to sound honest before they sound polished.

Forster's background also brings two interests together: country songwriting and life as a professional rodeo cowboy. Known as “The Australian Cowboy,” he has a personal identity that gives new listeners a clear starting point for exploring his music. His audience has grown internationally, with more than 50 million global streams cited by his agency. Those connections add to the appeal of discovering him through a Tulsa date, especially if you enjoy learning how a performer's working life connects to the songs. Listen to The Beginning beforehand and decide what draws you into his rural perspective.

Among concerts around Tulsa, this date stands out for listeners who want a clear introduction to an artist with a strong story and a sound rooted in real experience. The appeal is easy to understand: a newcomer can step into his world quickly, while country fans get a voice with character, momentum, and a memorable sense of place.
